Disappointed stay.

Quite disappointed with the room given. Did not response to staff thinking it was only a 3 night stay.
The double room was terribly small. Luckily we did not bring any luggage; just backpack. Don’t even have space for a cabin sized bag; let alone say a cargo sized luggage.
Clothes hanger protruding out when it was being used and it’s dangerous that you might hit it anytime you walked past.
As a frequent traveller, first time I’d encountered ants crawling onto my food that I left it on the table for a short moment. (I’m still in the room) A small cockroach was found during my stay too.
There’s no divider between shower and toilet bowl. Sink was very small and it’s at a corner between the shower and a wall, blocking your arms.
Limited breakfast selection prepared by them.
The only pros: Location is good, near pratunam market. Water dispenser provided outside room.
