Great location but pillows too high and stiff

We are a group of 17 adult and 2 toddlers who stayed for 1 weekend night. What stood out for us was definitely the location of this hotel - very convenient. There is a 7-11 convenience store opposite the hotel and major shopping outlets are all within 5 minutes of walking. The staffs were helpful and tried to accommodate our requests although some of them can appear unfriendly during busy check-out period. No comment on the breakfast as we didn’t opt for one. Bathrooms were clean. The rooms we had was also quiet. The only thing we found unsatisfactory was the pillows. All 17 adults travelling in our group felt that the pillows were too high and too stiff.

Love Tis hotel.

Great Location and Price is reasonable
Very near to Lee Garden and Kim Yong Market. In front of Hotel is 7-eleven. Having Car Park. Room is clean and This time we travel hotel arrange to us 2 room which is connecting.

Location is the best selling point. I stayed at new wing, which the room still new. Room is big, new, clean. Check in and check out process very fast. Indoor parking.
