Cosy beds and easy access to massage parlour n 7-11
Walking distance to Lee Garden Plaza, massage centres, Kim Yong Market, Odean and Central malls.
We love the cosy beds, clean bath tubs for children and convenient accessibility to malls as well as mini night markets stalls.
The only thing we did not like is the front desk counter staff where their service skill was BAD and not trained in customer service line. They were not friendly and spoke loudly when I asked for their advises. I hope the management can train their staff to give friendly services as they are the people who will give customers their best or worst impression if they have good or bad service attitude. VERY BAD front desk counter staff which I can see they are not committed and take pride in their job.
The bell boy gave better services as he kept opening door for tourists. He is a responsible staff and takes pride in his job.
Lastly, if u are looking for convenient, budget price and cosy beds to sleep (new wing building) then this place is just good.
