Impolite and no hotel policy staff

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights, on the check out day before 11am, a woman staff (in light green uniform) told us to check out now or else we will be charged for being late check out. She came to 3 of our rooms and told us the same. After half hour she came again and told us the same. Then again after 10 minutes and this time she open the door herself to 1 of our rooms and ask why we haven't check out. When she come to my room, i asked her isn't the check out time is 12noon? Why is the hotel staff chasing us to check out? Is it she worry we cannot afford to pay if we are late? Isn't there is a hotel policy? Then the lousy breakfast the hotel provided, requested for well done eggs but was given half cooked eggs which my friends don't eat. I asked for half cooked eggs but was given fully cooked eggs. Coffee not hot, just warm only and cannot refill too. Lightings not bright enough in room, no sound proof, can hear upstairs people walking, can hear next room TV sound very clear

Great Stay
So far so good as I was staying new wing so consider still a bit new and location is good. One thing they should improve is to change the hotel room shoes. Please change to disposable shoes instead of... อ่านต่อ

The Room is very big and clean and the location is very convenience.
The hotel is clean and the loction is near to many eater places. Kim yong market is not far away from the hotel. Nearby also have night market.
