hotel badly needs refurbishment. location is excellent. only bellboy and security guard at the parking is friendly and helpful. front desk staffs together with the female manager(should be morning shift) needs to go back to school and learn from kids on how to be polite with others. all of them deserves 0/10 rating. because of the location wise and safety car parking i stay there. if not, i will never ever choose this hotel.

Good location and value for money
Near Lee Garden Plaza which convenient for shopping and massage. Parking lot is limited (around 10-15 lots) if self-drive to Hatyai. The staff quite friendly who provided good service for elder people... อ่านต่อ

The wall is very thin
