good for location only

very good location, opposite 7-11, near Lee garden walking streets, next to Chen Long boat noodles. But stay on 4th floor at old wing, facing 7-11 street, very noisy. Room is old and not very clean. Shower very strong that the floor in bathroom will be wet. Beware of hotel policy that children 6-12yrs consider adult and they could ask you too book another extra room
