Breakfast not good. I called and was told buffet breakfast but was given ala carte instead

Called and checked before we booked and was told it's buffet breakfast.. instead ala carte breakfast was served and it's not worth the money. So unappetizing and not good at all. Would like to request for a refund. Thank you.
