Neat boutique hotel with exceptional helpful staff

The personal service at the hotel was exceptional. For example the hotel staff personally took my clothes to the laundry service and returned the clean clothes to my door, made tour reservations, got me a taxi to the airport and more. They were always friendly and helpful.
It was fun to visit the Saturday Night Market which is right outside of the hotel.
There is some traffic noise that you can hear from in the room, however with the a/c on I had no problems sleeping or napping.
I would have rated the facilities a 4 because there was no safe in the room. However, the hotel staff locked up my passport for safe keeping so that was good.
Neat boutique hotel, I definitely recommend it.
