it's a rustic cottage and not a hotel

I really wanted to give the hip a great review. We booked one of the sea view cottages. The view is undisputedly breathtaking. You are basically getting the same view as the beach hotel, just a bit higher and at a much lower price. Nat is the person who manages the hotel and she is quite friendly. The room we got had a really spectacular view on the little front porch with a kind of lounge area. The bed was very comfortable, the room was large, clean and had a Swedish touch to it. The bathroom: the toilet and shower are next to each other and there is no actual door separating the sink, toilet, shower and walk in closet area, this entire space on the other hand is then separated from the bedroom area with a curtain. Might be a problem for couples who are at the beginning of their relationship and not yet ready to hear each other's bowel movements. The toilet/shower area also had this smell of pee, so that was kinda gross. These are rustic cottages and I guess maybe the septic tanks aren't air tight or something. Moving on... The breakfast is a choice of coffee or tea, a glass of juice or milk(we did however get some real milk for our coffee when asked (there is only the powder stuff provided normally) and a choice of either a French breakfast (toast, croissant and jams I believe) Joghurt and muesli, a toastie or eggs with sausage and toast. The toastie with ham was good. The egg with toast as described and then at the end we also got two slices of watermelon and two slices of pineapple to share. Don't expect a lot of food. It was fine for us cause we were only staying for two nights. In all I would call this place modern rustic and definitely worth staying at if you are able to accept some things. To get up to the hotel, you need to be able to walk up a bunch of stairs. Your luggage gets taken care of when you arrive and leave the place; they have this incline elevator that takes your luggage up the steep incline. I would not recommend this place for families with
