BEWARE OF LOCATION. IF YOU UOU HAVE NEVER BEEN TO PHI PHI LOOK ELSEWHERE. FAR AWAY FROM EVERYTHING. Have to take a boat taxi to do everrytthiiinnnggggggg. $300 baht for 2 people each way adds up fast !! 140 stairs and a large hill to get to your room every time so not pleasant after a day of excursions or even just staying at the beach. No way to get around the stairs. Bugs in the bathroom and bathroom have brown/murky water. I trusted the reviews on here BUT NEVER AGAIN

Hotel with nice views but with a room standard which is below what is expected for its price.
