Nice clean room, beautiful cafe

There were some confusion at the beginning of booking, but finally sorted it out and we had a pleasant stay. I booked a two king beds room and then called to further confirm about it. Since we had two kids, they offered us a double bed and two twin bed room instead, we were happy about it. When we arrived, they said we just paid for a cheaper room (may be because I used partly of the agoda reward to pay) and the agoda voucher doesn't say two king beds. I regretted I didn't take a screen shot about the room description for two king beds. Because it disappeared after I have paid. After the complaint, at the end they still honour for what they offered. I was unhappy because we paid more money but almost got a cheaper room. It destroyed my mood a bit. We got better after we took coffee in the beautiful blue cafe. The room was very spacious, clean &beautiful, the beds were comfy, just the shower is at the bottom of the house and you need to walk outside to get to it.

Great service, beautiful spacious rooms
Staff are super friendly and helpful. Small pool but clean. Celebrating my daughter birthday and the staff put a candle on the normal piece of cake we ordered without us telling them. Nice touch!

Really nice
We got un upgrade for a Nice and Large bungalow suite. Very quiet except the frogs At night. Good food and kind not Englishman speaking staff.
