Staff were very kind and friendly, very clean room

Food in the hotel restaurant was good and convenient. Breakfast was limited but nice. Kitchen staff were extremely friendly and kind. Room was very clean and new, nice bathroom and comfy bed. However there was no safe. But we did manage without. Location was slightly out of the way however everything was still accessible within the city walls. Good, clean and comfy place to stay overall.

Avoid like the plague
Rooms are modern but like cells, so small are they. Noisy old air-con units. Staff smile but are unhelpful. So many better options around.

Amazing stay
Cozy Inn was clean and comfortable, but there is no elevator, but staff was supportive to move our bags to 4th floor.

My mom and I loved this place. Honestly can't find even one thing to complain about. It felt like home. Will definitely visit again!
