Really disgusting customer service

Really disgusting customer service. They take a 300baht deposit for room key. The morning we checked out we had a taxi waiting to take us to airport. They made us wait 10 minutes while they inspect the room. We were outside during this so we weren't aware what was going on. They then called us back into the room to accuse us of stealing a small hand towel. We had our bags full as we were flying back home and we offered to let them search all of our bags as it was outrageous to think we had taken thier small towel. They of course tried to charge us thinking we would say yes as we were running late for our flight.

Poor receptionist service
Made us wait during checkout. If you can’t check the room if someone is in the room, the least you can do is inform us, not continue to chat with the person next to you and made us wait. That is basic... อ่านต่อ
