Pool area needs improvement

Be aware there are no steps to access the pool which can make it difficult for small children or older people to get in and out of the pool. Also bathroom and toilet only have part walls to separate them from the bedroom area which is a privacy issue and disturbing if soneone gets up the the night. Limited storage options in the room makes the ambience of the room a bit too industrial for our taste. Some soft furnishings and bedside tables with lights would provide a more welcoming feel to the room.

overall staff is friendly and the stay is pleasant. breakfast provided is nice.
Kamala beach is less popular and not much thing to see here. Unlike patong beach is lot more popular, happening and surrounded with restaurant,pub,street market and mall.

Nothing impressed
The hotel was completely empty when we were there. Only lobby lights were on. Definitely a dodgy experience. Staffs aren't very welcoming. Expensive for what you get. Not recommended.

Not great, Not bad
Hotel is ok. Rooms are Loft style, not cosy but ok. Service from staff is ok. We had a car so it was easy to get out and around, without a car or motorcycle I wouldn't stay there.
