Average place, although looks nice, then looking closer you see man isturbing things.

The hotel in general looks nice. However, there is a construction going on just next door and although the reception said they start at 11 in the morning and finish 8 in the evening, that of course wasnt true. So prepare for no proper sleep.
The pool is amazingly small, was a little uncomfortable for us as we were with a child. As it is small you are swimming at other rooms terrace. Wasnt comfortable.
The rooms were clean in general, but we had ants in our rooms. Nothing helped to get rid of them. Also there was a geko in our room which wasnt a problem but when the room was cleaned then no one cleaned after this small guest and what he had left here and there.
The beach is near so the location is not far. But all transfers/taxis from Kamala are a little expensive.
