Not as good as what the reviews say
I booked this hotel for a night stay due to the high ratings and i was convinced it's gonna be good.´Location, no doubt, was good. It is just behind the main street and you could easily walk out to the beach and to get your food etc.
What disappointed me the most was the service of the receptionist. A guy helped with the check in but he was sour faced throughout the whole check in process. There was only my family there. So i thought, maybe he wasnt in a good mood. Fine. But when Western foreigners walked past, he immediately greeted them with a smile and even wished them good night. Wow, what a double standard. Western foreigners are guests and my family is not? This happened not just once but twice! Luckily, when I checked out, the lady receptionist was friendly enough for me to give a 2-star rating to the "staffs" category.
The bathroom shower was bad too. The hot shower was unstable. Sometimes too hot, sometimes cold. Happened in the 2 rooms that I booked. so it isnt a coincidence
