Very good location

The location is very good, with all the connection from BTS station to the hotel, travelers don't have to be exposed under the sun. The breakfast is OK, don't expect too much. The hot water system is confusing to us that we called for technical help 3 times out of 4 nights stay. It turned out to be wrong way of operation to the tap.
