Service is excellent!

All the staff is superb and they speaks good English. For the service that they provide is definitely a 5stars quality. They even suggest us places to visit after we asked for directions. They are always there to help and never fail to greet you everyday and night. Gym is small (basement) but is well equipped, they also provide free water & towels. If I have to be picky, I would say the swimming pool is kinda disappointing. It's more like a fish pond than a proper pool. But we're in Bangkok for food & travels, so I don't need a pool anyway. Excellent service overall.
