Friendly and comfortable stay

Pros - very friendly and helpful staff, only wanted 1000baht for deposit for my two night stay (cash OK), upgraded us to a corner suite that is very roomy, granted 1 hour later check-out and called taxi for us without trying to get us to book expensive transfers; very clean (housekeeping is tops), corridors smell good with essential oil burners plugged in at times of the day, location is easy access to both BTS and Metro lines
Cons - Breakfast is somewhat boring and average, hotel lobby is dismally small, room service not 24 hours and menu is limited
