Fantastic staff ~
1. I would like to thank a pretty staff , she was on duty 12/9 morning she did not only help me called a cab and made a phone to the spa house by confirming the details we'd appointed. and patiently explained to spa people why we would make a late arrival .
2. Same here I would like to thank the team , who were on duty 12/10 afternoon when I with 3 friends checked out already and found the driver we'd appointed beforehand in Taiwan did not show on scheduling time picking us to airport , one of the female staffs immediately use her mobile phone to call that cellar number we have only , then handed over to another male staff communicated with the local travel agent just knew the driver bump to another car having an accident that could not pick -up us , but we run out of all Thai money that's able to pay for cab fare , all of them even want to share this fare for purpose let us catch a plane in timely. at that time from the bottom of my heart ,I was really appreciated what all of their kindness , as a result, I found there was NT 1000 I had left , I gave to them paid this fare instead . Fortunately , four of us safe arrival airport and on board as the scheduled. Thru these nice staffs of hotel Clover Asoke grand help , in spite of the first journey in Bangkok happened a little unpleasant with the pickup , definitely, I would like to back hotel clover Asoke again , though. Thank them a lot
