Very Nice and Well-run Hotel

The location may be a bit out of the way (one minute walk from Wat Phra Singh) but I rented a scooter (from across the street from the hotel) so we were okay. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There is a large swimming pool although the water was very cold in January.
You will feel that the hotel was run very professionally.
Negative: We had to leave for the airport at 4 AM. I booked a taxi via the front desk. The hotel charged us 400bt for supposedly a taxi but it was a private vehicle. I was ripped off because it should only cost 150bt, maybe even cheaper by Grab. I should have cancelled the booking but I was not thinking and the currency conversion temporarily confused me.
