We had a high expectation from this hotel, the Photos looked very good. We stayed at the top floor, and above our room, in the attic during the night we heard small animals[rats; mice; birds - not sure] running around. we repeatedly asked at the reception to send someone to catch them, second night the animals were still running around, At breakfast we saw Cockroaches on the breakfast buffet and ants also. in the neighbourhood we saw many Rats and cockroaches on the street, especially during the evening. The staff was nice and helped to change our rooms.
