Great hotel dirty pool

We had a great 3 days here but the pool was very dirty!!!! I love swimming and is one of the reasons I picked this hotel. But the pool was dirty. We mentioned this but unfortunately little attention was paid. The filter was not running very often so the pool could not get clean.... Hope they fix it!!!!
