everything is good, except the receptionist girls on Executive lounge who is very rude

We did enjoy our stay, but for the price we pay , executive room on 25th floor, we should get all the basic service , and friendly staff who know how to greet customers at least. Please look into this matter, and find a better person for such VIP rooms.
