Great option in Sukhumvit

We were very happy we chose Novotel Sukhumvit 20. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest BTS station, but the great service and clean room made up for it! Would definitely return, so please keep it up! The massage at the in house spa was great too. Not a big issue but I would suggest that the hotel check the shower installation in the room... we took an Exec Suite and the shower head couldn’t stay in place.

Excellent stay in Novotel
