Doors sound isolation, shower water pressure

Novotel has excellent staffs. 10/10 on helpfulness and friendliness
The room was Ok. But it's very difficult to adjust the hot water shower in the room. A minute adjustment will cause it to be super hot. The water pressure ain't great either The noise isolation isn't great. And you can hear people talking from the corridor.
The room are well kept, the staffs are excellent 10/10. The hotel rooms are new, apart from what was mentioned that could be improved.

Agoda had booked the room with twin bed when we requested for king bed. Had to contact Agoda as hotel didn't entertain.

everything is good
hotel is new, clean, but the location is a bit far from BTS station, if the Tuk Tuk can be ordered 24 hours, it will be better for guests
