Pros: -efficient hotel transfer (our driver waited a long time for us as the airline lost our luggage), lovely greeting (complimentary drink at reception and goodies in our room), first class facilities, excellent breakfast at restaurant across the street (best coffee in all our travels through Thailand), helpful front desk staff (printed off our ferry tickets & organized boat trip to marine reserve), good location to access ferries. Considerations: 200 baht taxi to Fisherman’s village (not within walking distance)
