I had a problem

The hotel is great, just as I expected. A compact designed rooms which I like. But unfortunately my booking was different from what I have got, I booked for a two bedroom villa so I could keep good look on my children but I got two separated rooms in a separated villas. Thankfully, the hotel manager understood my situation and he was able to fix my problem in the next day of my stay. Definitely will stay again soon when I come to Samui again.
