Disappointing.

Pro's: -Suited on a nice, quiet beach (albeit there's not much to do. -Bedrooms (on the upgraded, for a fee side, are nice and the bed is amazing.
Cons: -Staff are extremely unhelpful, disconcerned, barely smile and very un-welcoming compared to every other resort we stayed at in Thailand. -If you don't pay for the 1,800 baht upgrade you are put in a disgusting 2*, at a push, stinking bungalow across a main road behind the restaurante with a disgraceful pool and sitting area. -There is nothing to do in the immediate surrounding area. -Again, the staff do the absolute bare minimum to make you feel welcome during your stay and that makes a huge difference. Everywhere else we stayed in Thailand the service was incredible and they go above and beyond. -Not sure how this warrants a 4.5* as it's a very small hotel with barely any facilities.
