Nice but more trendy than classy

The Privilege is a nice hotel but it really lacks the feel of a real 5 star resort. It's really small and lacking the facilities of similarly priced options. The pool is quite small with all the residents crammed around it. My main problem was the amount I had to pay for an "extra" bed for my son which was actually a small rickety chair which pulled out into a little bed and was ALREADY in the room!

Nice place and staff

The staff was super friendly and went the extra mile. Excellent staff, we loved them.
