Beautiful hotel but poor service.
Apon arrival at 12pm we were told one out of the three rooms we booked would be ready for us soon. Which was great as we were travelling with our baby. After waiting around until 1:45pm finally one room was ready we were told by the manager and he would be back to take us. We waited another 15 mins and had to go ask if we could go to our room. I understand if early check in can't be done but being told a room would be ready soon and waiting two hours thats not good enough. So we got in our rooms at 2pm. No early check in. We then waited 15 mins for our bag to come and they never did so I sent my husband to collect. My sister was staying in the cheaper side of the hotel across the road and was there a day early and had had bad service. She made a complaint to the manager who rudely argued back at everything. Thai staff are lovely but barley speak an English. Which made it extremely difficult at checkout. They were constantly mixing up our rooms and bills. Benefits package waste of mon
