Expensive for what you get
The hotel was pretty comfortable, and well located, breakfast was good, and noise wasn't a big deal, compared to other places in Chiang Mai, however, in 9 days, the room hasn't been cleaned once, the staff would make the beds and swipe the floor, but not even once the bathroom was cleaned. (Which is not really acceptable for the price you pay the room).the towels were changed every day, but most of the times they would smell badly of humidity..
The pool looks great, but it cannot be used as the water temperature is incredibly cold as there is no exposure to the sun light. Be aware that you will be requested to pay a deposit of 500 bath for your room and the hotel informs you that if you "damage" the sheets with stains of blood, inc, fruit etc.. they will charge you for it. Overall I think for the services received the hotel it's way too expensive for what you get. Ps: don't get the laundry done in the hotel, they will give back the clothes in the same dirty bag you give them.
