special place, literally

So the hotel is built into an abandoned/old stone quarry, which makes it a quite special experience. Most of the hotel is in fact "under-ground", so there is no view to speak of, other than looking at the rest of the hotel. But they lay-out is very clever, all modern/soft touches, a fountain, art work etc. Especially at nights, with the spots on, looks great. Nice pool to refresh. The food (full board!) is absolutely amazing. Staff was super friendly. They accept (small) dogs/pets. And just a 15 minutes drive to Khao Yai Natural Park. Not a lot else to do around the hotel, but that's fine, because gives more time to enjoy the fantastic rooms.
