Like 22 really isn't close enough to Sukhumvit Soi 22 to adopt its' name. It is located at the intersection of Sukhumvit Soi 16 and Phai Singto. It is a very convenient location while still a little off the main drags. It is quiet at night with nothing to disturb you. While the furniture is basic it looks relatively new and is kept in good maintenance. The bed is comfortable and is not too hard yet supportive. I slept well over the 2 weeks I stayed there. The housekeeping staff are friendly, helpful, fast and efficient. They do very good job in just few minutes of cleaning which includes a daily washing of the floor. There is no food served yet there a number of restaurants nearby as well as large new 7-11 less than 2 minutes away. Each room has a decent sized refrigerator, radiant stove, microwave, and kitchen sink. I have stayed in similarly priced Airbnb and other hotels in this general area recently and so far Like 222 is the best by far.
