This bnb is very tidy and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is near BTS only if you kow the short cut then it will be less in 5 mins. No lift in this bnb so be prepared if you have a heavy luggage. And theres a balcony along with our room. Even theres a sign says its advised non smoking in the balcony. My bf still smoked then it costs 400 bhat for three nights stay at the end. So be awared of this . The staff wont tell you they gonna charge you when you check in. So make sure dun smoke in the balcony. By the way the breakfast is very yummy.
