All is good but cleanliness needs to be improved

The hotel looks exactly the same with picture. You can feel the owner must be a service minded and hospitable person. Room is small but nice decorated and well equipped. Breakfast is nice. Coffee is really good, highly recommend! They can book grab for guests if needed.
No elevator (I don't mind and they cannot change this so not a big deal)
They should improve the cleanliness. I don't say it's dirty, but dust was on the bedside table for my 3 days and no one cleaned it. They also forgot to clean the used can on the table in my room. I think the owner should check with the housekeeping team to improve this minor issue.
Overall it's 9/10 except the cleanliness.

Small hotel with small room

Small but trendy and comfortable
Small but cuties and lovely hotel and room. Nice sleep with good linens. Very few parking lots, suit for backpacker tourist. Walking distance to BTS.

fancy but pricey
For the same amount you can get a bigger room in a nearby hotel. Good thing is that it's walking distance to BTS and the bed was super comfortable.
