You ruined our Anniversary,

Hotel doesn't care what we have had requested prior arrival. We did everything in advance both mentioned in Agoda & Hotel Chat Box, none of any RESPOND FROM HOTEL not even feedback whether you can or cannot. This is very disappointed cause we chose your property with the top category for our Anniversary!
On the day of departure, we been chasing to leave the room twice just because of 1 hour late checkout, eventhough we didn't mind the pricing and charge as we happy to pay! but hotel just ignore.
Will think and consider more and more if we need to be back there, Jacuzzi rooms location is nice by itself.

Awesome resort jacuzi was superb and pool was splendid
We stayed for 2 nights in jacuzi room the resort is setup on hill top But thier tuk tuk or shuttle service is a wow Food was good and staff was excellent Near to 711 and tesco a big plus
