Great hotel but a little bit off far from city center

It is a great hotel. We did not eat the meals so we couldn't rate it. Unfortunately, its location is a little far from city center. We must take GRAB to/from the hotel. Or take the free songtaew services (2 times daily). There are several FamilyMart / SevenEleven around the hotel. And some small local foods stores with cheap but delicious traditional Thai foods.

Superb, have stayed in several Hotels in Pattaya but they outdo all of them

Out of the way. Need taxi or bike get into town
Ok but out off the town. No kettle in room room ok. The road was flooded when I stayed could of done wth a boat. To get out and about.
