If you can find this hotel then you've already done well especially if like us you're coming from across town in the dark.
We we're the only guests for the hotel on the Saturday night we stayed. Whilst there was someone to greet us on our arrival, we went out for dinner and returned a couple of hours later. On our return to the room we found it to be full of flying insects ( a simple mosquito guard connected to the room's patio window could've prevented this) and we couldn't find anyone to assist and had to call the hotel owner. Eventually we got sorted out but only after asking for our money back.
So on my experience I cannot recommend this hotel and if you're new to Loei then I would suggest staying at the more established hotels.
