fantastic but...

the housekeeping needs to improve. Every day we had to tell the staff to come and make up the room. they never came before 16.00. the bed were nice and comfortable. the waterpressure was bad up on the 5th floor. on the beach there were restaurants on both the left and right side. we recommend Thalay Thai near the beach because it was cheap and tasty. Every dish cost 100bath. they had staff that drove us in buggy cars all over the hotel area.

Great value. Beautiful hotel, a bit out of the way if you want to spend time in town. Closer to national parks though. Food was surprisingly good and cheap.

Service was terrible. Trainees all over resorts and don’t know how to work.
No staff standby st the adult zone. Waiting for so long for buggies. Staffs don’t know anything about hotel. Spa cancelled my bookings because I was late. And I waited for buggy 30 mins
