Exceptionally good hotel

Over-all is good except for a little bit odor from the toilet. The staff were friendly and helpful all the time, the room is spacious, and the expense of stay is worth every penny. The beach is beautiful and long, but a bit far from the hotel. However, the hotel can send you there by a golf car. Would love to stay here again if there’s similar promotion.

Great value. Beautiful hotel, a bit out of the way if you want to spend time in town. Closer to national parks though. Food was surprisingly good and cheap.

Service was terrible. Trainees all over resorts and don’t know how to work.
No staff standby st the adult zone. Waiting for so long for buggies. Staffs don’t know anything about hotel. Spa cancelled my bookings because I was late. And I waited for buggy 30 mins
