It was a great experience to stay for 4-nights at Lancaster Bangkok. We have booked a family room and the hotel has upgraded us to use the Club at 18th floor, so that we can enjoy free breakfast every morning. The hotel also help to arrange a birthday surprise for our member which made us really feel like at home.
All the staff are very helpful and always have a smile on their face. The only bad thing is that the hotel is not near the BTS station, where you need to interchange MRT to Phetchaburi Station at Asok BTS Station for one stop. However, you can reach the hotel at Phetchaburi Station Exit 1 within 10 minutes.
Will stay here again next time.
