Best Hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

I travel a lot, especially for work. We’ve stayed in many hotels and this was hands down the best hotel We have ever stayed at! Staff was genuinely polite, kind and respectful. Rooms are spacious and clean with lots of comfortable details. Wish I could have stayed longer. Also, easy access to the train.

Good location, good condition, good staff
I forgot the name of them actually. But WHENVER I go down or call them or ask to help me, all the staffs are very very kindly and friendly. I felt Lancaster hotel is the best!! Everything was perfect.... อ่านต่อ

family friendly hotel
