Exceptional

We had a wonderful three nights at the Lancaster. We were made to feel special from the moment we arrived and enjoyed the exceptionally warm and friendly service from each and every team member from start to finish. The levels of service we experienced were second to none. Housekeeping, breakfast, Concierge, Martin the GM, all were fabulous. We just wished we had had chance for an evening meal but we were just too busy exploring Bangkok. Thank you so much Martin and team.
