Very nice hotel but with some housekeeping quirks. Was there 4 days—on 1st day I wanted to use weight scale but battery was low. I informed housekeeper next morning but nothing was done. Following day out scale in middle of entry way with a note “need battery”.. scale put back in closet without new battery. Did that 2x without any success. Finally got battery cdes night before check out. Not a major deal but since I asked 4x for it I would have thought it could have been taken care of on day 1 instead of day 4–just a battery. Also, one day returned to room and looked like housekeeper left half way through cleaning: left cleaning rag on counter with hot water dispenser sits, pillows it straight on beds, decorative pillows -1 left on chair and 1 on counter by tv. Sloppy for a 5 star hotel. Otherwise, hotel is very nice and comfortable. Great service in lobby bar and by doormen.
