Modern, minimalist place in good location.

Front desk staff are charming and room servicing is very efficient and timely. Rooms are comfortable, but an extra pillow would be good. You can smoke on the balcony. Quiet location just off busy area. Has room safe. No in room tea or coffee but plenty of options nearby. Balconies overlook street or what looks like a swamp. I did not notice any mosquito problem from the swamp. No lift, but only three floors and stairs are well set.
