Location and cleanliness

Short walking distance to night market, Sunday market, pay Samlo 30$ to DoiSuthep. Paid 100baht to/from airport. The room is clean and spotless even to the drain hole. I like my room on second floor looking out to green space. The other side looks to the front soi. Some mosquitoes but same as anywhere else in Thailand.

Modern, minimalist place in good location.
