Friendly, Understanding, and Trustworthy Ownership & Staff

The staff were good proficient at English and helped me arranged taxi rides for the day. I was greeted with swan shaped towels. The room that I chose was quite noisy with the bullfrogs at night. It was so bad that I needed to change rooms. Ownership was understanding and did not charge more for the room change/upgrade. The available snacks at the lobby was limited but they were snacks I've never had before, therefore, they were yummy. The rooms were clean and had the comforts that I needed. Lastly, I had limited sleep and was exhausted from the full day tiger experience on my last day there. I had forgotten my money in the safe. The owners were kind enough to go out of their way to transfer the money to me as I had already left the country. My available communications options were very limited, and they were patient to work with me to get send me my money. This was where they earned their ratings with flying colors.

Great stay

Excellent!!! Totally recommended.
