Privacy Concerns

The hotel looks good from outside but I will tell you what, don't fall for it. The behaviour of the staff is terrible if not worst that you can expect at any hotels. Firstly, the housekeeping department sucks as they don't clean the room properly and have no idea about guests' privacy. A housekeeping attendant entered the room without knocking while we were having private time. Secondly, the iron they provided after requesting for it was disgustingly old and produced stains on my new shirt. They did nothing about it even after complaining.

Lousy... Not worth for the money
Shower room is flooded.. disposable toothbrush not provided.. Breakfast also not included.. Maybe I missed looking at it but compared to other hotel the money we pay can get all the things we have..... อ่านต่อ

To many rules makes it uncharming
