Disapointing

Room ok, only hot water was way to hot almost at boiling point. TV channels only a few and very bad quility. Book the room on the ground floor so we could walk dirrectly in the pool (more expensive) but pool very dirty and green not working ask about it will clean the next day but still green as pump not working. View Hmm construcion site very disapointed with that. Spa still not done. Overall if they will take care of above resort could be ok to stay but for the moment would not recomment it.

Competency of staffs not satisfied
Bathroom was water obstruction and had to move to standard room at 11:30 pm without any compensated or response from hotel.
